A Jakarta studio with 500+ members. Running on a platform I built.
PWR Experience needed a booking system that could handle unlimited memberships, expiring class packs, and a live timetable — without paying per-member platform fees. It runs on DigiFitss, my multi-tenant fitness platform, with a custom front end on top.
The Problem
PWR Experience runs reformer, boxing, and functional strength classes out of Kemang, Jakarta Selatan — three signature formats, small-group coaching, 500+ members, a 4.9 rating on ClassPass. The training side was working. The systems side wasn't built for it.
Off-the-shelf studio platforms wanted a monthly cut that scaled with member count, and still couldn't model what PWR actually sells: unlimited memberships that start counting from the first class, class packs with different validity windows, and a Newbies Pass that only makes sense for two weeks. Anything they couldn't model ended up back in a WhatsApp thread and a spreadsheet.
The Solution
Rather than build a one-off studio system, PWR became a tenant on DigiFitss — the multi-tenant fitness platform I built, where every studio gets its own isolated MySQL database rather than a shared table with a tenant_id column.
That gave PWR a production booking engine, CRM, and WhatsApp automation on day one. On top of it sits a custom marketing site and timetable built to their brand, plus an admin portal at app.pwrexperience.com where staff run the studio. No per-member licensing, and PWR's member data lives in a database only PWR touches.
What I Built
- Custom-branded marketing site — class formats, coach profiles, and the "Forge Your Strongest Self" identity
- Live class timetable with direct booking, backed by the DigiFitss scheduling engine
- Full pricing model: unlimited memberships (1/3/6/12 months, Rp 2,500,000–Rp 12,000,000), class packs (5/10/20 classes, Rp 2,000,000–Rp 6,000,000), single drop-ins at Rp 450,000, and a 3-class Newbies Pass at Rp 700,000
- Credit and expiry logic per package type — memberships counting from first class, packs expiring on their own schedules
- Staff admin portal for schedule, member, and booking management
- Automatic WhatsApp booking confirmations, inherited from the DigiFitss platform
- ClassPass alongside direct booking, so third-party and first-party reservations hit one timetable
The Result
A studio with 500+ members runs its bookings, memberships, and member communication on infrastructure it isn't renting per head — and PWR became the proof that DigiFitss works at real scale, not just in a provisioning script.
