Joem R Pelenkahu — Developer Digitalisasi Operasional Bisnis di Makassar
Halo, saya Joem.

I turn manual processes into digital systems for businesses that want to run more efficiently.

Does your workday feel like this?

Every morning, you start by manually checking schedules before you can answer a single customer question.

The same questions come up over and over — "Is it still available?" "What time do you open?"

  • Data is everywhere — WhatsApp, spreadsheets, group chats, dashboards — but nothing is connected
  • You have a website, but it doesn't actually support your day-to-day operations

This isn't a people problem. It's a systems problem.

How I Work

  1. 01

I learn how your business runs today

No jumping straight to code — I start by understanding your workflow and the friction points you're experiencing.

  2. 02

You always know where the project stands

I give you staging access from the start, so there are no surprises on handover day.

  3. 03

Scope changes? Let's talk it through first

I help you understand the implications before deciding — not just agreeing or refusing outright.

  4. 04

    Handover isn't the end

Once the system is done, I make sure you and your team can operate it independently.

  5. 05

    I won't disappear mid-project

Before we start, we define a "Definition of Done" — a written agreement on what a finished, usable system looks like. I'm not going anywhere until we get there.

About

Honestly, I never planned to become a developer.

I was an IT Manager at an education technology company — my role was more about operations and managing a team. But I was surrounded by people who coded every day and shared what they knew. Over time I felt left behind — so I started learning alongside them, and slowly, it started to click.

That's when I noticed — a lot of businesses around me were still running on manual processes. Handwritten notes, WhatsApp confirmations, spreadsheet recaps, and so on. And I thought: I can help with this.

Not because I'm the best developer out there. But because I know these processes can be made easier — and I want to help make that happen.
